Ryan Carenduff is Turtle Pack’s Chief Executive Officer, having joined the company in 2018.
Ryan is a two-time graduate from the University of Stirling with a BA (Hons) and an MSc in Sports Studies and Sports Management respectively, having also been a keen swimmer and rugby player since childhood.
Having previously founded and sold his own business, Ryan went on to create and mentor more than 16 businesses in the UK’s first sports business incubator.

“I have to cut off the empty parts of blister packs in medicines to create a neat and uniform pack.”

“A quad bike – it’s a miracle I am still alive!”
Michael Harkins is the Founder of Turtle Pack and also the company’s Chief Technology Officer.
Michael created Turtle Pack in 2015 whilst studying for his Masters degree in Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Heriot-Watt University. Having been a fully qualified swimming teacher for over a decade, Michael sought to create a kids swimming aid that would be both fun and effective. A Royal Society of Edinburgh Enterprise Fellow, Michael has also won a number of high-profile business awards.
Something you may not know about Michael:
“I once won a 100m butterfly race but was instantly disqualified when immediately after diving in I realised I’d forgotten to tie my trunks and had to frantically adjust them to preserve what was left of my modesty!”

“My mum and dad surprised us with a PlayStation 2; but I was too busy putting out the rubbish that I walked right past it!”
David Sherman is Turtle Pack’s Chief Marketing Officer, having joined the company in 2018.
David is a graduate from the University of Strathclyde’s Business School and has worked in marketing roles for the last ten years in a number of sectors including Food & Drink and Digital Technology.
David was also the Events & Marketing Manager at Sporting Chance Initiative – Scotland’s only sports-specific business support organisation – where he created the industry’s first national awards event.

“I’ve been taking a “Picture of the Day” since the 1st of January 2010 – thousands of photos later, it’s become an amazing picture diary.”
David’s BEST EVER birthday present as a child was:
"The amazing “Indigo Island” LEGO set I got for my 7th birthday still holds a special place in my heart!”
Alyssa Pollock is Turtle Pack’s Sales Associate, having joined the company in October 2020.
Alyssa is currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Business Studies at the University of Stirling and works part-time at Turtle Pack whilst completing her degree.
Alyssa has previously worked in a number of retail and child-focussed roles including a recent stint at Camp America and voluntary work for Shelter & local primary schools.

“I got a pink doll house for my 5th birthday which I treasured and used to find anything in the house to put in the bath of the doll house – much to the annoyance of my parents!”
