Turtle Pack Returns Policy
We hope that you love your Turtle Pack products, but if you change your mind or items just aren’t suitable, don’t worry! You’ll have 30 days after you place your order to send your order back to us and, providing it’s in its original condition (with all tags still attached), we’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.
Please note – for hygiene reasons, items that have been used in water are no longer refundable. We strongly recommend trying out products for size/fit prior to entering a swimming or poolside environment.

Simply fill in the returns form that was in your parcel and send it back to us. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the postal cost is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage, as the parcel is your responsibility until it is received by us.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible and confirm that it meets our return policy conditions. We will then process the refund. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Providing that you have proof of purchase, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. The cost of postage to return faulty items will be refunded to you with the rest of your order.
Items Bought as Gifts
You may exchange gifts, but you will need a proof of purchase (i.e. the original email) to exchange a gift within 60 days of purchase. We regret we cannot accept gifts back without a proof of purchase.
